In September 2025, Zachary achieved a lifelong goal when he joined the West Chester Township Police Department. Colleagues remember him as professional, respectful, and deeply committed to helping others. His presence within the department was marked by kindness, reliability, and a genuine willingness to serve the community he protected. His dedication extended beyond law enforcement, as he also served honorably as a Private First Class in the Army National Guard, having completed training at Fort Benning, Georgia.

He is also lovingly remembered by his loyal dog, Arrow. He was preceded in death by several beloved family members, whose memory he now joins.
